A working town
Springdale is home to big names in poultry and food processing, plus a long list of trucking and logistics companies. A lot of people here drive for a living or work in plants and warehouses. That shows up at home: garages with work trucks, tools, and boots that bring in everything from mud to grease.
Homes we coat
- Downtown and older neighborhoods around Emma Avenue, with smaller garages and older slabs
- Har-Ber Meadows and the west side, with newer, larger garages
- Growing subdivisions toward Tontitown, Elm Springs and Lowell
Older slabs often need extra crack repair and paint removal. Newer slabs mostly need good grinding and a coating suited to how you use the space.
Services
Garage floors are the bulk of our work, but we do much more:
- Epoxy garage floors
- Decorative flake
- Metallic epoxy
- Polyaspartic one-day coatings
- Commercial and industrial floors
- Polished concrete
- Fixing failed coatings
- Sealing driveways and patios
Weather in the Ozarks
Springdale gets humid summers, freezing nights in winter, and plenty of spring rain. Garage floors deal with wet tires, road salt after ice storms, and humid air that can condense on cool concrete. A sealed coating handles all of that without staining.
Our process in short
We visit, measure and test for moisture. You get a written price. On install day we grind with dust control, repair cracks, prime, color and topcoat. Then we tell you exactly when you can walk and drive on it.
On the Razorback Greenway?
If you live near the trail, you probably have bikes in the garage. A coated floor handles muddy tires and is easy to hose off.
